If you decide to register with this Site, you will be asked to create an account and provide your personal information and register a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it to anyone. If you believe someone else knows your password, please change your password immediately.Acceptance of Order/s

a. If payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no item will be shipped. b. Payment for product/s ordered from Faber-Castell Fine Writing will be received by Payment Gateway (e.g Banks , Dragonpay and Paypal ) . Faber-Castell Fine Writing is not liable for any errors on transactions that may arise.SHIPPING
- Shipping will be paid by the buyer in the amount agreed upon with Faber-Castell Fine Writing at the time of purchase.
- If an item is damaged during shipping, Faber-Castell Fine Writing will not be held responsible.
- Orders will be delivered up to 72 hours in Metro Manila and up to 96 hours outside Metro Manila upon confirmation of payment with the recipient.
- Your intended recipient agrees to accept delivery of products at the agreed time and place of delivery. If the recipient is not in the agreed place and time, the order shall be considered sold and non refundable.
- Should there be a representative, he/she should present any valid ID and authorization letter of the recipient to our rider /store representative upon receiving your item/s for verification purposes.
- If the item is undelivered because of unavailability of the recipient, the courier will return the item to the merchant. The customer will be liable for any charges or fees for the next delivery.
- Faber-Castell Fine Writing adopts the rules and regulation of JRS as our shipping / courier partner.
Cancellation
- 48 hours notice of cancellation for item without engraving is required.
- Notification can be in person, via email, fax, or contact (632)361-7391 . Any other means will not be accepted.
- There is NO CANCELLATION for the item with engraving.
Refund/ Return
- HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
- For Dragonpay, supported banks for refunds are the following — AUB, BDO, BPI, BPI Family, Metrobank, Unionbank, RCBC, RCBC Savings, PNB, UCPB, Chinabank, Security Bank and Landbank.
- Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
